He was born in Ankara in 1989. During highschool years, he began to be interested in classical music and opera as a listener. In 2006, he got interested in cello, double bass and chamber music and started to take private cello lessons. Aydın, currently continuing to play the cello as an amateur, graduated from the Communication Faculty of Ankara University in 2012. Studying on "Critical Economy Policy of Communication" as postgraduate student with Prof. Dr. Funda Başaran at the same faculty, Aydın continues to write his master's thesis on “Intrusion of Privacy in Location-Based Mobile Applications“ and his second master's degree in the Department of Human Relations within the Ankara University Social Sciences Institute.
Particularly interested in Italian opera of Romantic era, Aydın began to work with Andante as reporter, critic, assistant editor and translator in March 2011. He continues to work as the Chief Editor of the magazine as of 2020.
